Program Overview

The program presents and analyses human resources management issues in a business organisation. The course covers topics including the contribution to business development through human resources planning and management, employer and employee relations and the implications for human resources management in the rapidly changing environment. It also covers global and legal issues, recruitment and selection, training and development (including eLearning strategies), performance appraisal and reward systems are examined.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the subject, students should be able to
