
DR EVELYN GULLETT
Evelyn’s is interested in human and organisational systems examining the individual, the organisation, and the community by exploring strategic ways to help them to fully develop. She is concerned in understanding the influence points of organisational development, leadership, and relationships at work, how the human side influences nuances of motivation and achievement and how one can take advantage of those influential points towards opportunities and growth.
Specifically, Evelyn is interested in the application of living-systems theory in people and organizations and how we can maximize the relationship and development of people and organizations to the continuous changing business, social and political environment.Research projects and topics that Evelyn would be interested in supervising:

- Finding processes towards building great organisations that will support and develop the individual’s fullest potentia
