All programs at Manipal GlobalNxt University are conducted in English. Evidence, such as any listed in the table below, is required for English proficiency of applicants whose first language is not English and who have previously not undertaken tertiary education in English. You must meet any one of the following criteria:
- IELTS 6.0
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 550 (213 for computer-based test) with a TWE (Test of Written English) score of at least 5.0, or
- TOEFL Internet-based Test with a minimum score of 79
- MUET BAND 4
- PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH with a score of at least 59
- Cambridge English Qualifications and Tests with a score of at least 169
- BULATS (Business Language Testing Service) at level 4
